Broadwater volleyball defeats Arcadia, Holly Grove tops Nandua

The Broadwater Academy Lady Vikings hosted the Arcadia Firebirds on Thursday night and came away with a straight-set victory. Broadwater won by scores of 25-12, 25-18, and 25-19 to improve their record to 5-2 on the season. The Lady Vikings will return to action next Wednesday when they host Chincoteague.

Also on Thursday, the Holly Grove Eagles traveled to Nandua and defeated the Warriors in three straight sets. Holly Grove controlled the match throughout, dropping Nandua to 0-4 on the season. The Warriors will look to regroup as they take on Holly Grove next Friday.
