The Broadwater Vikings football team traveled to play the Chincoteague Ponies on Thursday night. The Vikings won the game by a score of 38 to 29. The Vikings improved to 2-0 and the Ponies fall to 1-1 on the season. The Vikings return to action next week as they host Greenbrier Christian on Saturday. The Ponies will play Blessed Sacrament next Friday.
The Nandua Warriors football team hosted Rappahannock Raiders on Thursday night. The Warriors lost the game by a score of 65 to 27. The Warriors are off next week as they fall to 0-1 on the season.
