Boys Basketball
The Arcadia Firebirds host the Northampton Yellow Jackets on Thursday. The Firebirds won the game by a score of 89 to 67. The Firebirds improved to 10-7 on the season and will return to action on Tuesday as they host Nandua.
The Yellow Jackets fall to 9-6 and returns to action on Friday as they travel to Charles City.
The Chincoteague Ponies boys basketball team traveled to Nandua on Thursday. The Ponies won the game by a score of 71 to 57. The Ponies improved to 7-5 on n the season and returns to action on Monday as they play at the Salisbury School.
The Warriors fall to 1-15 and returns to action again on Tuesday as they travel to Arcadia.
Girls Basketball
The Arcadia Lady Firebirds host the Northampton Lady Yellow Jackets on Thursday. The Lady Firebirds won the game by a score of 56 to 41. The Lady Firebirds improved to 12-4 on the season and will return to action on Tuesday at Nandua.
The Yellow Jackets fall to 3-7 and returns to action on Friday as they travel to Charles City.
