WATCH: Friends of Parksley reach 100 M.P.H. in first hour on Thanksgiving Day

With enough food for 300 meals in total, The Friends of Parksley gave out 100 free Thanksgiving dinners featuring turkey and all the fixin’s in just the first hour of their three-hour, community-wide event Thursday from the Parksley Firehouse. Thanks to all the business, churches and individuals who donated turkeys, vegetables, desserts and more as well as the many volunteers who gave of their time to ensure the event was a success:
