Walter resigns from VP Position at ESCC

Dr. Joseph Walter announced his resignation from the position of Vice President of Academic, Student and Workforce Programs at Eastern Shore Community College, to pursue an out-of-state career opportunity this month.

The role will be covered by an interim VP with the position currently being advertised within the Virginia Community College System. Interviews are being scheduled with the interim likely being in place before the end of March.

A permanent replacement will be sought after the new ESCC presidential search concludes and a new president is in place by July 1.
