Virginia Living’s Best of Virginia voting now open

Virginia Living magazine has launched its 13th annual “Best of Virginia” readers’ survey, inviting residents to vote for their favorite businesses and services across the state. The survey encompasses more than 100 categories, including dining, shopping, recreation, and professional services.

The Eastern region, which includes Accomack and Northampton counties, is among the five distinct regions featured in the survey. Residents can cast their votes for local establishments in categories such as best burger joint, brewery, spa, summer camp, gift shop, dog groomer, and resort. This year, the survey introduces five new categories: Best Tattoo Shop, Best Children’s Store, Best Home Health Provider, Best TV Station, and Best Radio Station.

The voting period is open from January 2 to January 31, 2025. Participants can select from a dropdown list or write in their preferred choices if not listed. The platform allows voters to save their progress and return later, ensuring a convenient and comprehensive voting experience.

The results will be published in the “Best of Virginia” issue, scheduled for release in May 2025. This annual feature highlights top-rated businesses and services as chosen by Virginia Living’s readership, offering recognition to local favorites and newcomers alike.
