Two sex cases included Accomack grand jury indictments

Two sex cases were included in indictments handed down by an Accomack Grand Jury Monday.

Fifty-two-year-old Rodney Neil Parks, also known as “The Skipman,” of Mill Road in Greenbush, was indicted on two counts of possession of child pornography on June 23 and three counts of possession of materials that show a person engaging in sexual contact with an animal.

According to court records, Parks was arrested after police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children advising that a suspect uploaded multiple files from the internet.

     In another unrelated case, Juan Antonio Granado, of Hood Lane in Belle Haven, was indicted on a count of aggravated sexual battery involving a child younger than 13 on July 8, 2015.
