Town of Parksley feeds over 500 Thanksgiving dinners

The Town of Parksley continued what is becoming a Thanksgiving tradition by serving over 500 free Thanksgiving dinners on Thursday.

Mayor Frank Russell expressed his gratitude to the volunteers who worked hard to prepare the takeout meals and serve them. He said, “It is an honor to serve Thanksgiving dinner to the many Eastern Shore residents who may be alone or unable to prepare meals for their families. We are already looking forward to next year’s event.”
