Today is the first day of school for many on the Eastern Shore.  this school year will be one of unprecedented changes, presenting big adjustments for students, parents, teachers and staff of schools around the Eastern Shore as well as around the country. this week, Kelley visited with Kim Ferguson, who began as a teacher and is now a guidance counselor with Accomack County Public Schools, as she shares encouragement through lessons she’s learned over her 30-year career.
