According to testimony, Kaleem, a high-ranking salesman for a metropolitan roofing and solar company, was driving back from visiting friends in Virginia Beach, when police clocked him going 93 miles per hour in Northampton County in his Corvette. He took officers from several jurisdictions on a chase that went in circles and included speeding through downtown Eastville in front of Northampton High School and going up to 140 mph on the highway. He will be on good behavior for five years. Kaleem apologized, commended officers, and said he has since sold the fast car.
