Prescription drug abuse is a growing nationwide epidemic, affecting individuals and families from all walks of life.
To promote health and wellness in our community, Riverside Health is taking part in the Drug Enforcement Agency Drug Take Back Day at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital on October 26 to provide a safe and convenient way for community members to dispose of their unused or expired medications.
Riverside, local law enforcement and the DEA will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other forms of prescription drugs this Saturday in Onancock.
