Residential structure fire reported in Onancock Monday night

Monday night at approximately 10:15 p.m.  Onancock, Melfa, Painter, Tasley and Parksley fire companies were called to a residential structure fire at 128 Market St. in Onancock.  Smoke was reportedly coming from the gable end of the structure but had dissipated when firemen arrived.  It is unknown what damage was done to the structure.
