Onancock welcomes Wheels and Witches

Onancock is set to come alive with excitement as it hosts the 2024 Citizens for a Better Eastern Shore (CBES) Between the Waters Bike Tour alongside its annual Halloween weekend celebrations from October 25-27.

The town invites residents and visitors alike to shop, dine, and join in on a variety of engaging activities. Highlights include enticing business specials, a lively Halloween parade, pumpkin carving in the town square, and a screening of the cult classic, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Participants are encouraged to showcase their creativity by joining the parade dressed in their scariest costumes, playing their loudest instruments, or displaying their best zombie dance moves. The Town of Onancock, along with Onancock Main Street and the Onancock Business and Civic Association, is excited to welcome approximately 1,200 cyclists and their guests as part of the bike tour.
