A Machipongo man was arraigned Monday in Northampton Circuit Court, where he pleaded not guilty to three 2024 sex crimes involving a child and requested that a jury hear his case.
Alejandro Santos-Ramirez, also known as Alex, of Seaside Road, denied allegations that he committed aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13, indecent liberties with a child under 15, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in June of 2024.
