Governor Youngkin orders flags flown at half-staff

Governor Glenn Youngkin has declared the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia to be flown at half-staff on all state and local buildings and grounds.

The flags should be flown at half-staff for seven consecutive days from Sunday October 8 through Saturday October 14 after Hamas’ attack on Israel.
