Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced a new round of administration and board appointments—and three Eastern Shore residents are among those named.
Nancy Stern of Belle Haven, the retired CEO of Eastern Shore Rural Health System, has been appointed to the Hampton Roads Sanitation District Commission.
Over on the Virginia Addiction Recovery Council, Lisa “Mimi” Sedjat, a licensed clinical social worker from Franktown and Executive Director of the Eastern Shore Community Services Board, will now serve.
And rounding out the appointments, Reverend Gregory L. Duncan, Sr. of Accomack County has been re-appointed to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission. Duncan is a local pastor and also serves as Deputy Director of Accomack County Solid Waste.
