Gasoline prices are on the decline.

The price for a gallon of regular gasoline has dropped as much as 25 cents per gallon over the last month.

Some in the media say that the drop in prices is due to less demand much of the decrease in prices came during one of the busiest weekends of the year on the highway, Thanksgiving.  Others say that fewer federal regulations on drilling have resulted increased the amount of oil available to be refined.

But no matter what the reason a 15 gallon fill up now costs on average $3.75 less than a year ago.
