Free Prostate Screenings at RSMH

On Monday, September 9, from 4-6 p.m., Riverside Health will be offering a free prostate cancer screening event at Riverside Urology Specialists Eastern Shore. This event is a part of our ongoing commitment to community health, especially during September, Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men and can be curable if detected early. Unfortunately, it often doesn’t show symptoms until later stages, making regular screenings vital. This event aims to provide easy and accessible screenings for the community, particularly for those who may be at higher risk due to factors such as age, family history, and ethnicity.
