ESVA Chamber hosts ribbon cutting at Amber Dawn Esthetics

The ESVA Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting for Amber Marshall at her new shop Amber Dawn Esthetics on May 10 to celebrate the shop’s opening and her recent membership in the ESVA Chamber. Amber Dawn Esthetics is located at 712 Randolph Avenue in Cape Charles and specializes in waxing, skincare treatments and make-up services.
