ESPL Foundation thanks supporters of Zero-Turn Mower raffle

The Eastern Shore Public Library Foundation would like to thank everyone for supporting and participating in the Zero-Turn Mower Raffle. The first prize winner is James Mapp from Belle Haven, and second price is Karen Rakowski from Melfa.
