Eastern Shore Rural Health Celebrates National Health Center Week 2024

Eastern Shore Rural Health is excited to celebrate National Health Center Week (NHCW) with a series of community health fairs, which began with the Be Well Block Party this past Saturday. These events will provide free health screenings, community resources, COVID-19 and other vaccines, giveaways, activities for all ages, and more.

• Monday, August 5: Atlantic Community Health Fair

• Tuesday, August 6: Chincoteague Island Community Health Fair
  Time: 9 AM – 1 PM Location: 4049 Main St, Chincoteague Island, VA 23336
• Wednesday, August 7: Onley Community Health Fair
  Time: 9 AM – 1 PM Location: 20306 Badger Ln, Onley, VA 23418
• Thursday, August 8: Eastville Community Health Fair
  Time: 9 AM – 1 PM Location: 17068 Lankford Hwy, Eastville, VA 23347
