
In a strategic move to bolster regional economic growth, Eastern Shore Hub, LLC has entered into a lease-to-purchase agreement with the Accomack County Economic Development Authority (EDA) for the agricultural complex property. Eastern Shore Hub, LLC aims to rejuvenate the site into a vibrant, multi-use platform supporting seafood, agriculture, and local businesses.
The revitalization project symbolizes a pivotal step in fostering innovation and sustainability within the community. Eastern Shore Hub LLC’s vision is to transform the complex into a thriving economic hub that promotes local entrepreneurship and enhances the capacity of existing industries.
“Eastern Shore Hub LLC’s vision for the facility is aligned with our commitment to economic development and supporting local businesses,” said David Lumgair, Chairman at the EDA. “We believe this initiative will create significant job opportunities, attract investments, and reinforce the economic fabric of Accomack County.”
As part of this initiative, Eastern Shore Hub LLC is undertaking a comprehensive restoration and modernization of the facility. The updated complex will provide essential resources and infrastructure for small businesses and entrepreneurs, further promoting regional industrial growth.
