Dense Fog Advisory issued for Accomack and Northampton

The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for most of the mid-Atlantic, including the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog until 1 AM EST Sunday.

Hazardous driving conditions due to dense fog may continue into early Sunday morning.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
