VFW Post 2296 in Tasley, Va. will have a Breakfast, Saturday, August 24, 2024 starting at 8 AM.

Menu: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fried potatoes, sausage and biscuits, scrapple, orange juice and coffee. A minimum donation of $10.00 per person is requested. All are welcome to attend. Come join us for good food and good company. Open to the public.

Family and Friends Day

The Saint John’s Baptist Church of #2 Church Street in Onancock, Va., will be celebrating its Family and Friends Day on Sunday, August 25th at 2:00 PM. Pastor Vincent West of Fresh Anointing Church, Melfa, Va., will be the guest minister along with the church choir and congregation. All are cordially invited and welcome to attend this Celebration of Worship, Family and Friendship. Service will begin at 2:00 PM and dinner will be served following.
