Coast Guard looking for information on hobie cat that was found capsized

The Coast Guard is searching for information on the owner of a boat that was found capsized this morning between Cape Charles and Kiptopeke.

According to Coast Guard Sector Virginia, at 8:45 am Coast Guard received a report from the Tug GRAM-ME of a capsized Hobie Cat approximately 6 nautical miles northwest of Kiptopeake State Park and 5 nautical miles Southwest of Cape Charles.

The vessel is described as a 12-15ft Hobie Cat.
