Cape Charles receives $845k in COVID-19 relief grant

Cape Charles Main Street announced Friday morning that the Town of Cape Charles has received the Community Development Block Grant for COVID-19 Relief for $845,115. Main Street applied for the grant and was awarded the requested amount in full.

“More details will follow in the next couple of weeks once we meet with DHCD and understand the timing and how the distribution to the town will be handled,” said Karen Zamorski, Cape Charles Main Program Director in an email.
