The Cape Charles Police Department is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred on Tuesday evening at the Myrtle Landing Apartments, formerly known as Heritage Acres. According to Cape Charles Town Manager John Hozey, officers responded to the scene following a call and discovered the victim, Calvin Cummings, deceased.
The Cape Charles Police are working closely with the Commonwealth’s Attorney and other law enforcement agencies as the investigation continues. Authorities have stated that the case remains active and ongoing, and no further details can be released at this time.
No arrests have been made.
