Local, state and federal dignitaries gathered in Cape Charles on Thursday afternoon to cut the ribbon on 11 new businesses in town.

Organized by Cape Charles Main Street, the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce and Eastern Shore Tourism Commission, participants enjoyed beautiful weather and celebrated new businesses in the growing town of Cape Charles. Congresswoman Jen Kiggans, State Senator Bill DeSteph, Delegate Rob Bloxom, Mayor Adam Charney and several Cape Charles Town Council members participated.
