A $10,000 secured bond was granted Monday in Northampton Circuit Court to a Cape Charles area man, who is facing four felony counts of child sex crimes from 2023.
Fifty-seven-year-old Charles Walter Robbins was arrested on Sept. 14, just four days after being indicted on two December 2023 counts of taking indecent liberties with a child under 15 years old, and February 2023 counts of aggravated sexual battery and attempting to commit the aggravated sexual battery of a child younger than 13.
A trial date has not yet been set.
In another case, Ryikeem Kilim Victory, of Exmore, was convicted of using a vehicle without authorization in August 2021. He was initially charged with grand theft. A presentence report was ordered. Sentencing was set for Dec. 16.
Thirty-three-year-old Keyon Antonio Kellam, of Cemetery Road in Exmore, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to distribute cocaine on March 22. He was convicted of the crime and a presentence report was ordered. Sentencing was set for Jan. 6.
Thirty-year-old Eddie Lionel Davila Jr., of Cobb Station Road in Cape Charles, pleaded guilty to November 2023 counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm while possessing an illegal drug. He also admitted to committing the same crime in October 2023. A fourth charge was not prosecuted. A presentence report was ordered with sentencing being set for Dec. 16.
Forty-nine-year-old Rebecca June Parks, of the Exmore area, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine in August 2023. A second count was not prosecuted. A presentence report was ordered. Sentencing was set for Jan. 6.
