The launch of the Black Brant XII sounding rocket carrying the KiNET-X payload that was scheduled to go off Tuesday night was scrubbed  a little over 3 minutes before the anticipated launch time. After a hold to get aircraft in position, the count was to resume at 8:42 p.m. which would result in a launch at 8:45 which was the end of the launch window.

There will be a fifth attempt to launch Wednesday at 8:06 p.m.
