If you were to hear Falafel, Flapjack, Poach and Pickle, you’d probably think it was in reference to a really bad recipe. Actually, they are all terms that can be used in Pickleball which has been the fastest-growing sport in the United States for four years in a row.
There are now 68,458 pickleball courts in the US, according to the Pickleheads court database. Make that 68,459 to include the new indoor Pickleball at the Hub in Melfa.
This week, Kelley visited with Helen Pruitt and Caitlyn Terry as they shared their excitement bringing indoor courts for this popular, low-impact exercise that builds the body and social connections at the same time:
