Beat the Peak Today

A&N Electric Cooperative expects a higher than usual demand for electricity Today, June 5th, because of the hot weather.

Would you help us “Beat the Peak” Today, June 5th by conserving energy use between the hours of 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.?

Here are some ideas to help conserve energy:

– Turn up your thermostat a few degrees

– Delay the use of hot water and major appliances

– Unplug electronic devices and chargers

– Turn off unnecessary lights

– Don’t run your pool pump or dehumidifier
