Even though the Government, including many Wallops employees were off for over a month during the recent partial shut down,  Northrup Grumman,  MARS and NASA  still have April 17 as the target date to launch the next Cygnus mission to the International Space Station.   Keith Kohler of Wallops told WESR Wednesday that the mission is still scheduled to launch on the originally planned date.  Business people in the Wallops and Chincoteague area breathed a sigh of relief when the Government reopened on Monday. Antares launches traditionally attract tourists to the restaurants and the hotels on Chincoteague.
