
A&N Electric Cooperative members should prepare for a temporary outage of key online services on Friday, March 21, starting at 4:45 p.m., as the cooperative’s member information and payment systems will be offline for scheduled maintenance.
The 12-hour outage will impact services including SmartHub, the public outage map, and the automated payment line. During this period, members will be unable to access account information or make payments through these platforms.
Despite the system maintenance, the cooperative assures members that its ability to respond to power outages will remain unaffected. However, those experiencing an outage or electrical emergency should call 757-787-9750, as SmartHub and text reporting options will not be available.
The cooperative apologizes for any inconvenience and will provide updates once services are fully restored.
