ANEC Online Information and payment systems will be offline tonight

On Thursday, April 24, at approximately 9:45 p.m., all cooperative member information and payment systems will be offline for about one hour for maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, SmartHub, our public outage map, our automated payment line, etc. This will not affect our ability to respond to power outages if they occur during this period. However, if you do experience a power outage or electric emergency, please report it by calling 757-787-9750 during this time. Our SmartHub and texting options will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will post an update once all services are restored.
