A&N Electric Cooperative to perform system maintenance this evening

A&N Electric Cooperative has announced a scheduled system maintenance period beginning this evening at 4:45 p.m., during which all member information and payment systems will be taken offline for approximately 12 hours.

The maintenance will temporarily affect access to SmartHub, the cooperative’s public outage map, automated payment line, and other member service tools.

Despite the downtime, power outage response will not be impacted. Cooperative officials emphasize that field crews will remain available to respond to any service interruptions or electric emergencies that may occur during the maintenance window.

Members who experience a power outage during this time should call 757-787-9750 to report the issue. SmartHub and text-based reporting will not be available.

The cooperative apologized for any inconvenience and said an update will be issued once all systems are fully restored. For more information and future updates, members are encouraged to visit the cooperative’s website.
