A&N Electric Cooperative systems to be down this afternoon for routine maintenance

A&N Electric Cooperative announced that all member information and payment systems will be temporarily taken offline today, April 9, at approximately 4:45 p.m. for routine maintenance. The outage is expected to last about 30 minutes.

During this time, systems such as SmartHub, the public outage map, and the automated payment line will be unavailable.

The cooperative emphasized that the maintenance will not affect its ability to respond to power outages or emergencies. Members experiencing an electric emergency or outage during the maintenance period are encouraged to report it by calling 757-787-9750, as SmartHub and text reporting services will be inaccessible.

A&N Electric Cooperative apologized for any inconvenience and said updates will be shared once services are fully restored.
