Accomack County Schools drop school bus mask mandates

As of Wednesday March 2, Accomack County Schools dropped the mask mandates on school busses.   

School Superintendent WC Holland stated that the bus drivers are still required by state law to wear masks but for students masks are optional but not required.

Northampton Superintendent Eddie Lawrence said that the mask mandates for school bus riders are currently in effect, but the School Board will consider the matter at their regular March meeting.
