Transmission pole repair complete, 316 open

At this time route 316 has reopened to traffic and A&N Electric Cooperative has completed the replacement of the transmission pole that was damaged earlier this morning.

A vehicle collision early Friday morning broke a transmission pole south of Parksley on route 316. Both lanes of route 316 were closed while co-op crews made necessary repairs.
