A 19-year-old Belle Haven man was indicted Monday by an Accomack Grand Jury on 39 counts of possession of child pornography.

According to court records, a search warrant was obtained for his cell phone in connection with shootings in Northampton County and allegations that he possessed the pornography. Twenty-two videos and 18 photos of a 15-year-old girl were found on the phone, the records stated.
Petrillo was indicted last month in Northampton on counts of maliciously shooting at an occupied vehicle, shooting a firearm from a vehicle, maliciously shooting at an occupied dwelling, maliciously shooting a person, destruction of $1,000 or more worth of property, wearing a mask to conceal his identity, using a firearm in a felony, shooting at another in the commission of a felony, and malicious wounding by a mob.
He told authorities that he had felony and misdemeanor charges in Northampton, according to court files.
