Field Trip-Edward S. Brinkley Nature Preserve

FIELD TRIP HIGHLIGHTS: Join veteran Eastern Shore birders Maggie Long and Captain Meriwether Payne for a guided field trip. The Preserve includes a diversity of
bird habitat including a grove of new growth pine trees, woods edge, open field, wooded wetlands, seaside marsh, and freshwater pond. Identify a variety of winter waterfowl, raptors, and sparrows.
WHEN: Tuesday, February 13 th at 8:00 a.m.
LOCATION: Meet in the parking lot of the Ned S. Brinkley Nature, Preserve, 20001
Seaside Road, Cape Charles Virginia.
The Program is free, and the public is invited to attend. Always be prepared for ticks,
the sun, mosquitos, and the weather.
