Bird Walk Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge

Celebrate Migratory Bird Day this weekend with a guided bird walk along Swan Cove and the Assateague Beach. We’ll look for shorebirds, like this striking American Oystercatcher. Its bright orange bill is perfect for shucking oysters. Sponsored by: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Eastern Shore Master Naturalists. Newcomers to birding welcome.
