Teams from across the state moved into Eastern Virginia last week to address a one in a decade snow storm. Heavy snow and winds as high as 60 mph created drifts which made some back roads completely impassable for several days after the storm. Crews worked Monday to clear the last two blocked roads, a portion of Seaside Rd. and Parsons Rd. near Parksley.
Eastern Shore-Not your average snow blower! Man and machine still knocking down 6-10 ft. drifts days after the Blizzard of 2018.. Crews are out widening already plowed roads to make them more passable. Our THANKS to Tiger Teams from across the state who rolled into town and became part of our storm-fighting teams.
