The first of two annual Eggs and Issues Breakfasts sponsored by the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce was held Wednesday morning at the Oyster Farm at Kings Creek in Cape Charles.

The first to address the crowd was Senator Lynwood Lewis, who spoke on a myriad of issues.

Bloxom began by discussing the need to create jobs:
